Eligibility criteria
You will need to meet the following eligibility requirements to be part of the Rentage Concierge team:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a working mobile phone or tablet with internet connection
- A Current Certificate of Registration. Depending on the state you reside in, a short course is required to apply for a certificate of registration
- A clear profile photo
Frequently asked questions
You will need an Android or iOS mobile device to download our Rentage Concierge app. Once downloaded, you will be able to sign up with either your phone number or email address.
We will also need your name and a valid real estate agent licence number which we will verify with fair trading.
Your application will go through our internal approval process. You will be notified in the app about the outcome as soon as possible.
Once approved, we will notify you through the app about any open homes or inspection requests in your area.
Signing up as a Rentage Concierge and downloading the Rentage Concierge app is completely free!
No. Once you are approved as a Rentage Concierge, you can opt in/out from receiving open homes and/or inspections from agencies. Even if you opt in, you can still decline job requests.
Open home
We will notify you of open home and inspection requests in your preferred location through the app as they become available. An open home requires you to collect the property keys from the agency and record the details of potential tenants. Once the property is leased, your job is done and you will get paid.
Property inspections
An inspection involves a thorough condition report of the property with your comments, condition assessment and photos.
In both instances, the Rentage Concierge app guides you through the entire process and our support team is standing by if you require additional assistance.
Payments are made monthly in arrears via electronic bank transfers for the jobs you have completed.
We all experience unexpected events from time to time. Please notify the Rentage team as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement Rentage Concierge.
No. It is against our terms and conditions to allow anyone else other than the registered Rentage Concierge into the property.
